MADCAT VICTORIA INC – AGM 2023

The format of the AGM event will follow the same format as the ones prior.
Starting out Friday Afternoon with getting things setup, hopefully a short ride leaving about 2pm in the afternoon and then dinner and informal drinks Friday Night.
Saturday after a hearty breakfast and some (lots) of coffee we will head out for a day of riding.
Makings will be provided for lunch and you can make a sandwich or roll and take it along.
Returning to the venue for the AGM meeting which is scheduled to start at 5pm
and then around 5.30 dinner and drinks along witih entertainment.
Sunday breakfast will be laid on then we pack up and clean up and head home.
The weekend will be partially paid for by the club, but there will be a per-head fee.
We will need some help across the weekend to setup, cook, clean etc. An AGM 2023 committee will be established to organise the event.
Fee: There will be a $100 per head fee to cover your food and accomodation for the weekend.

Accomodation: There are 6 Cabins with 8 bunks each (total of 48) – BYO Pillow and sleeping bag
Camping is also available if you would prefer.
